Repair

You might qualify for our Critical Home Repair program. Through our Home Repairs program, we offer services to fit your needs, such as: Such as “Aging in Place” home modifications, extensive and critical home repairs, routine maintenance, energy efficiency upgrades, and more!

Ownership

We believe that everyone deserves a decent place to live, and that homeownership makes a difference—in communities, and families alike. Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County provides a hand-up not a hand-out to qualifying families who may not be able to qualify for traditional mortgage options with our Home Ownership program.

Revitalization

Eastside Thrive is a plan to make Wilmington’s Eastside better over the next 10 years. Created with input from local residents and community supporters, this plan outlines the steps needed to bring the community’s vision to life and achieve its goals, while building on the foundation laid by the 2008 Eastside Blueprint Community Strategic Plan.

Rent to Own

Do you want to own a Home? Are you not sure that you qualify? To find out more about our “Almost Home” Rent to Own program attend an Information Session. If you apply and do not qualify for the Homeownership program, don’t lose faith, you could qualify for the Almost Home: One Step Away from Homeownership program.
