Phil began bodybuilding in 2002, and within 9 years he was crowned Mr. Olympia, the greatest honour for a bodybuilder. From beginner to the best in the field in under a decade, that should provide you some notion of the work ethic of Phil.

Phil shone as a point guard at the University of Denver. Inspired by this encounter, and with “basketball player” off his bucket list, Phil decided to pursue a challenge demanding the extreme training and discipline. He started out at 185 pounds, and grew with just 6% BODY FAT to 215 pounds! No cheesecake for him.

Rise to serious bodybuilding contender

Since that time, Philip has earned the nickname “the Present.” After a second place finish one point shy of the crown in a light heavyweight contest, Phil determined once and for all not to rely on his “congenital genetic skill.” Phil supplements skill that is raw with a drive to be the best, which has led him to success at several important bodybuilding events.

The list of competitions Phil’s won is outrageous!

A year ago, Phil founded Gifted Nutrition, supplying superior nutritional supplements curated by a team of nutrition and fitness specialists. Their slogan is “Results Matter.” Headed up by Phil, it is clear he uses that slogan to work ethic and his own body at the same time. He is always training and hustling, and we understand there is a lot more in store for Phil later on.

10 Mr. Olympia’s in a row? Phil might get it done, and we’ll be seeing!
